另外,還會使(shi)用反擊(ji)式(shi)破碎(sui)機(ji)耐磨配(pei)件板(ban)錘(chui)楔塊緊(jin)固(gu)法,該方法主要是將楔塊塞(sai)入板(ban)錘(chui)與(yu)轉子(zi)間的(de)相(xiang)應槽(cao)孔(kong)內,使(shi)之緊(jin)固(gu)。楔塊緊(jin)固(gu)法工作較(jiao)為(wei)可(ke)(ke)靠,裝卸也較(jiao)方便,由于(yu)**了板(ban)錘(chui)與(yu)轉子(zi)間的(de)相(xiang)對竄移(yi),轉子(zi)磨損(sun)(sun)減輕(qing)。可(ke)(ke)以大大降低板(ban)錘(chui)與(yu)轉子(zi)的(de)磨損(sun)(sun)程度,但(dan)可(ke)(ke)能金(jin)屬的(de)利(li)用率較(jiao)低。

除此之外,反擊式(shi)破碎機(ji)耐磨配件板(ban)(ban)錘(chui)螺(luo)(luo)栓(shuan)(shuan)(shuan)緊(jin)固(gu)方法(fa)使用也較為(wei)普遍。該方法(fa)是(shi)板(ban)(ban)錘(chui)借助螺(luo)(luo)栓(shuan)(shuan)(shuan)緊(jin)固(gu)于轉子的板(ban)(ban)錘(chui)座上。板(ban)(ban)錘(chui)座帶榫狀,可(ke)以(yi)利用榫口承受工作時(shi)板(ban)(ban)錘(chui)的沖擊力,避免螺(luo)(luo)栓(shuan)(shuan)(shuan)受剪,提高螺(luo)(luo)栓(shuan)(shuan)(shuan)連接的可(ke)靠性。螺(luo)(luo)栓(shuan)(shuan)(shuan)的緊(jin)固(gu)**須(xu)分兩次進行(xing),**次為(wei)初(chu)(chu)(chu)擰。初(chu)(chu)(chu)擰緊(jin)固(gu)到(dao)螺(luo)(luo)栓(shuan)(shuan)(shuan)標準軸力的60%~80%,初(chu)(chu)(chu)擰的扭矩值(zhi)(zhi)不得小于終(zhong)擰扭矩值(zhi)(zhi)的30%。第(di)二(er)次緊(jin)固(gu)為(wei)終(zhong)擰,終(zhong)擰時(shi)扭剪型(xing)高強(qiang)螺(luo)(luo)栓(shuan)(shuan)(shuan)應將梅花卡頭(tou)擰掉。為(wei)使螺(luo)(luo)栓(shuan)(shuan)(shuan)群(qun)中所有螺(luo)(luo)栓(shuan)(shuan)(shuan)均勻受力,初(chu)(chu)(chu)擰、終(zhong)擰都應按一定順序進行(xing)。
